12Below is our underground lounge bar which currently operates for private functions and live music gigs. 12Below was also home this year to the comedy and festival club in conjunction with the 2009 Dunedin Fringe Festival

All our drinks are made using only quality spirits and fresh fruits. Our aim is to provide a sophisticated environment to relax and socialize in.

We cater for a wide variety of functions such as 21st Birthdays, Christmas parties, corporate functions, work functions and more. Food is readily available for these nights from the kitchen upstairs at Bennu
